Our Story
Caring Embrace was created from a simple but powerful truth: No one should face cancer alone. Jenn Mosholder, our founder, a cancer survivor herself, knows the fear, exhaustion, and quiet loneliness that treatment can bring — not only for patients, but for the loved ones who stand beside them. Her own journey, and the struggles she witnessed in others, sparked a mission to bring comfort and connection to people during their most vulnerable moments.
What began as one survivor’s act of kindness has grown into a community‑powered nonprofit delivering hope across Colorado. Through heartfelt care packs, partnerships with cancer treatment centers and home hospice, as well as the support of volunteers and donors, we’re building a compassionate network that reminds every patient and caregiver: You are not alone.
And this is only the beginning — our vision is to bring comfort to families nationwide.
Our Mission
To ensure that cancer patients in treatment and hospice, as well as their caregivers, never feel forgotten or alone by providing thoughtfully curated care packs that offer comfort, practical support, and encouragement.
